our land is dandy,
but unfortunately
we have to share it
with these fucking oinkers
these private swine
disguised
as do-gooders
so we fly
through coiled vines
of ineffable
complexity
in search
of escape
and i want out
right fucking now
i want out
terracotta cunts
gather
and proliferate
leap between
molly-coddled narcissism
and severe criticism
diminishing pride
of this corporeal, bodily plane
your traditional values are self-defeating
long has vanquished the emphasis on the individual
here
the laughably bizarre
can feel dignified
assuming their wit
is strong and intact

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
